If I had to describe 2025 in one word for me I’d say it was “adventurous”

Here are some fun highlights from this year 👇

I got to go on 16 flights, ✈️

visited beautiful new places in my home state & other states, 🏝️ 🏔️

had the blessed opportunities to meet with 4 friends I connected with through Instagram and actually meet them in person,🩷🩷🩷🩷

learned a bit of Polynesian drumming and fire dancing, 🔥 🪘

went to a concert for the first time, 🎶

saw the world’s largest living tree in person, 🌳

went snorkeling for the first time, 🐠 🤿

learned how to surf, 🏄‍♀️

did cliff jumping for the first time, 💦

went to a rodeo for the first time, 🐎 🐂 🤠

saw a black bear in the wild for the first time, 🐻

learned how to play pickleball, 🏓

milked goats, cows, and a sheep for the first time, 🐄 🐐 🐑

did miles & miles of barefoot hiking and running, 🦶😆

went kayaking for the first time, 🚣‍♀️

benched 135lbs for 10 reps, (that was 1 of my biggest gym goals) 💪

spent 3 months off of social media, 🚫 📱

sold 137 original artworks, 🎨🥳

sold over 460 stickers, ⭐️

started a monthly art print club, 💌📬

gave away & donated over 70 artworks of originals & prints 🖼️

So as you can probably tell from the list above, I got to experience a lot of new things and many of those were filled with adventure!!! 🤩

I don’t think my desire for adventure will fade as it does spark a lot of the fun and creativity into the art I make and I already have some adventurous stuff planned for 2026, but I’m excited to see what else will be in store for 2026. Will it be another “adventurous” year or will it be filled with something else? Only God knows 😁 and that’s good enough for me. It makes this journey through life even more awesome 💥 🤙🏽

What has been another pretty cool personal thing this year was the amount of growth I got to experience. Growth specifically in the confidence of who I am… who God calls me…

I used to struggle with trying to prove my worth, trying to prove I had a purpose, tried to hold onto worldly things for comfort, and seek validation from others rather than fully believing the truth of what God calls me and accepting what Jesus did for me on that cross.

It is finished.

The enemy will never win.

So no matter what lies or doubt the enemy tries to replay over and over in your mind, have the confidence in knowing who God Almighty, your Heavenly Father calls you and let that confidence shine ✨ Allow it to fill you up so much you have an abundance of it overflowing out of you to give and encourage others in through their life.

That light in you can reach and touch the lives of many through the art you create, the songs you sing, the music you play, the books you write, the dances you perform, the students you teach, the people you work with, the list goes on so please don’t let it stop shining.

May your light shine even brighter in 2026 💫
