It’s been a little while!

I didn’t send out an email last week… things were quite busy 😅

I hope you had a really nice Easter weekend!

I got to spend time with my family on Resurrection Sunday which was really nice and I think I dozed off and took a quick nap on the couch 🤣

I don’t nap often at all, but my body was feeling tired that day and after the nap I went to visit some other family members, then came back home and watched two action movies with Chris Hemsworth in them, which reminded me of this charcoal sketch I did of him a like almost 5 yrs ago.

Gosh it’s been a while since I’ve done a charcoal artwork.

Looking back at this makes me wanna try some more charcoal stuff, but that’s gonna have to wait due to all of the orders I still have to finish. 😄

Since the last email I sent to you, I’ve completed 4 custom painted Bibles.​

It been so much fun getting to paint Bibles.

I’ve been loving it a lot and what just adds the extra icing on the cake is receiving such sweet feedback from my customers. 🥰

Oooh I also finished another painting for the project I’ve been working on with an author.

Here’s a tiny sneak peek (I know it’s not much but I can’t share a whole lot about it yet)

As of now I still have 4 more paintings to finish for the author.

I also have 5 more Bibles to paint for customers.

And I’m still working on my biggest commission… the 5ft x 3ft painting.

And if that wasn’t enough Bri just couldn’t resist adding another thing on her plate to challenge herself 🙈 👇

What am I doing?! 😂

I kinda look like I’m gonna ground pound the floor like I’m Kung Fu Panda or something 🤣

Or it kinda looks like I could be falling from the ceiling which wouldn’t be too surprising either 🤪

But actually I’m challenging myself to get a new trick called a “b-twist”

Someone from Hawai’i collected this shaka 🤙🏽 from my sticker shop this morning!

And it just reminded me yet once again of how badly I wanna go back to the islands 😩

Is it a thing to have Hawai’i withdrawals?… because I’ve been really CRAVING another trip back 😜

Guess I’ll have to book my flights soon 👀

Haha anyways, I think I’m gonna wrap up this newsletter here for now.
