Hola! I have safely made it back to my home art studio after spending 10 days in the beautiful country Costa Rica 🇨🇷

I met up with my artist friend Katie Smith in San Jose and we took our adventures across Costa Rica through the jungle rainforests, up the mountains, and to the tropical gorgeous beaches.

We had a blast spending time with each other, creating new fun memories, and of course creating art together!

Speaking of art… we put together a BUNDLE PACK of 14 different stickers we made from the art we created in Costa Rica!

These two specific designs are artworks Katie and I collaborated on by passing the sketchbook back and forth to each other to create a chocolate croissant sloth (Croissloth) 🍫 🥐 🦥 and a Costa Rican Creature Ice Cream Cone 🍦 🐒 🍃 🐸 🦜

Katie has these artworks available to collect as stickers, postcards and notecards!

This trip was so inspiring! I definitely needed that “break” from my home routine to get re-filled up with new ideas and a whole lot of Pura Vida energy to bring back with me.

I got to meet a local young artist named Mia. She was selling her paintings and I saw this beautiful sunset beach painting that had a silhouette of a dancer and a surf board on it and immediately I’m like… THATS ME! I had to buy from her 🥰

I asked Mia and her dad for permission to take a photo and share it. Her dad is an artist too and this is his Instagram handle @hermesmatam

Over the course of the trip I began collecting a lot of memories and started sketching and painting them to create the next print edition for my monthly art print club. Every single subject in this artwork has a story with it. The letters that the club members will be receiving are 3 and a half pages long 😂 so for anyone who is a print club member… you will have some fun stories to enjoy along with your new art goodies!

Plus for this month’s edition I have a fun bonus surprise! 5 random members will receive an extra special Costa Rica Sticker design in addition to the art goodies they will already be receiving with their monthly package.

Or at least until my next trip 👀

Even so I don’t really slow down when I travel 😂
